Functional Training

Functional training is a new approach to sports training. Its principle: to perform various physical exercises imitating the natural movements that the body is made to do in everyday life like crouching, rising, running, pushing, lifting, jumping ... Exercises are often very short, one minute, but are linked together at a very intense pace. There are exercises of all levels, with or without accessories, for beginners as well as for experienced practitioners. 

The objectives are multiple but it is mainly to sculpt harmoniously your silhouette (all the muscles of the body are solicited), to strengthen its muscular tone, to correct the bad postures and, above all, To become more efficient in its daily activities.
